Vegan Chef Derek Sarno of Wicked Kitchen is back at it again growing his own steaks with Marvellous Mushrooms Lions Mane kit, in the U.K. A couple/few weeks and the first flush is ready to cook, it will usually get 2 flushes (growths). Watching them grow is wicked fun, educational, a center piece talking point and you get to make the most amazing steaks and mushroom dishes after!!
