Chickpea and Kale Soup
Ingredients
A markdown-formatted string with:
- Handful of Kale, pulled
- 1 or 2 can chickpeas
- 2 potatoes, diced
- 1 leek, chopped
- 1 onion, diced
- 3 garlic cloves, chop
- Handful of spinach
- 1 Tomato
- 2 T Fresh Sage, chop
- 2 T Fresh Thyme, picked
- 3-4 T Wicked Kitchen Vchicken seasoning (find at Tesco)
- Salt (as you like)
- Pepper (as you like)
- Oil (or no oil, your call)
- Water (to cover)
Instructions
A markdown-formatted string with:
Prep the ingredients:
- Pull the kale.
- Dice the potatoes.
- Chop the leek.
- Dice the onion.
- Chop the garlic cloves.
- Chop the tomato.
- Chop the fresh sage.
- Pick the fresh thyme.
Cook the soup:
- Add all the prepared ingredients to a pot.
- Cover with water.
- Bring to a boil.
- Lower the heat to a simmer.
- Cook for about 30 minutes.

Do the prep. Add the things, cover with water, boil, lower to simmer and cook about 30 minutes. Enjoy.
