Dairy-Free Tzatziki Sauce
Ingredients
- Grated cucumber (squeeze through a nut bag to remove excess liquid)
- Quality non-dairy Greek yogurt
- 1 lemon, squeezed
- Salt
- Pepper
- Fresh dill
- Garlic, minced
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the grated cucumber (after squeezing out excess liquid), non-dairy Greek yogurt, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and fresh dill.
- Mix well to combine.
- Mince the garlic and add it to the mixture.
- Mix again to fully incorporate the garlic.
- Serve as a dip, on sandwiches, or enjoy on its own.
