I recently cooked and attended a month long Dzogchen silent retreat at @PBCInternational meditation center.

This is the recap. My priority was to cook for over 30 people, twice a day for 30 days completely plant based. Totalling over 1900 meals by the end of it. It was an honor and a pleasure to dedicate my time and efforts to support the sangha. May I continue to do meaningful things that are of benefit to others and myself.
