Video Description

KING OYSTER (eryngii) MUSHROOMS take center stage (or center of the plate!) in this episode of The Wicked Kitchen as Chef Derek Sarno shows you three mind-blowing ways to use them: scallops, satay and shreds.

As a meat replacement, the King Oyster Mushroom is one of the most versatile plant-based ingredients in the world. Its texture and density have a naturally "meaty" quality, which makes the King Oyster Mushroom a perfect fit to riff on traditional recipes that normally include meat or seafood.

These three techniques are just the tip of the plant-based iceberg, so let your imaginations run wild and be sure to tag us @wickedhealthy over on Instagram with your own amazing techniques and discoveries!

Keep cooking, you got this!
